Pay Rates: £13.65ph + £50 per sleep-in

About the Role:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to children and young people
- Work flexibly across our homes in Oldbury, West Bromwich, Stirchley, and Wolverhampton
- Support young people emotionally, socially and practically in line with their care plans
- Promote a nurturing environment focused on safety, stability, and growth
- Work collaboratively with our experienced, supportive team
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Hold an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Have a Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
- Are caring, empathetic, and resilient personalities
- Have previous experience in a children’s residential setting
- Can work varied shifts, including long days and sleep-ins
- A genuine passion for improving young lives
