Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in England, United Kingdom, for a CQC Registered Manager. The CQC Registered Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of several supported living services, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and delivering exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing care plans, supervising regulatory procedures, and building relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, monitoring budgets, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in care planning and assessing individual needs
Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery
Experience working within the adult social care or residential care sector
Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., Level 5 Diploma) or equivalent
