Role Description
The Registered Manager will take a leadership role in ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality care to clients. This full-time, on-site position, based in Hounslow, involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and managing a team of care staff.
The role will also involve developing care plans, monitoring performance, liaising with families, and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership, staff scheduling, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of care standards, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements
- Skills in empathy, communication, and relationship-building with clients and families
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and administrative responsibilities effectively
- Proficiency in using care management software and technology is a plus
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ/QCF Level 5 or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a Registered Manager role or similar position is highly desirable
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
