Location: Rochdale
Salary: From £45,000–£60,000
Setting: Residential Children’s Home – EBD

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead a 1-child EBD children’s home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full operational management of the home
- Ensure safeguarding and Ofsted compliance
- Lead, supervise, and develop staff team
- Manage care planning, risk assessments, and documentation
- Prepare for inspections and maintain high standards
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or working towards)
- Strong experience in residential children’s homes
- Sound knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015
- Leadership, reporting, and compliance experience
