Registered Manager
Bluebird Care Broxtowe and Erewash is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to help lead our home care service across the two territories.
This is a genuine leadership role. You would oversee the safe, high-quality delivery of care, lead day-to-day operations, build and support a strong team, and drive quality and compliance from the front. You would work closely with the ownership team to grow the service the right way.
What we are looking for:
- A proven track record in domiciliary care leadership
- A Level 5 social care qualification, or the willingness to work toward it
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- The flexibility to manage on-call where needed
What we offer:
- Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
