We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our growing team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.

About the Role
You will provide practical and emotional support to adults with a range of needs, including older people, individuals with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and other long-term health needs.
Your role will involve delivering person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, dignity, and choice while enabling people to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
Responsibilies
- Deliver high-quality personal care with dignity, compassion, and respect.
- Support with washing, dressing, grooming, continence care, and mobility.
- Assist with medication support in line with company policies.
- Prepare meals and support with nutrition and hydration.
- Carry out light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and improve wellbeing.
- Encourage independence and support service users to achieve their personal goals.
- Support individuals to attend appointments and access community activities.
- Observe and report changes in health or wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care.
What We Are Looking For?

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is an advantage (or willingness to work towards one).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred for community care roles.
- Flexibility to work a rota that includes alternate weekends.
