Registered Care Manager / Care Manager

Verity Healthcare is looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager or Care Manager to lead and develop our domiciliary care services across Cumbria.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated leader with a strong background in domiciliary care who is committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred care while ensuring full compliance with CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management of domiciliary care services.
Lead, motivate, and support care coordinators and care staff.
Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered to all service users.
Develop, review, and monitor individual care plans and risk assessments.
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
Monitor service quality through audits, spot checks, supervisions, and quality assurance processes.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, local authorities, commissioners, and healthcare professionals.
Manage staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, and training.
Drive service growth while maintaining exceptional standards of care.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Registered Care Manager or Care Manager within domiciliary care.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Right to work in the UK.
