Clinical Lead
Location: Southampton
Pay: £50,000 per annum
Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider in Southampton for an experienced Clinical Lead to join their senior management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, supporting nursing teams and maintaining the highest clinical standards.
Working alongside the Home Manager & Deputy Manager, you’ll provide strong clinical leadership across the service, ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care while driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
About You
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
- Current or recent experience working as a Clinical Lead within an elderly care setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing, residential and dementia care.
- Proven experience leading clinical teams and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
