Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home
Location: Bampton, Oxfordshire
Pay: £54,997–£68,441 + Outstanding Benefits
Total package up to £79,185
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established 8-bed Children's Residential Home supporting young people with SEMH needs.
The role:
- Lead and manage an Ofsted-regulated children's home.
- Drive high-quality, therapeutic care and safeguarding.
- Lead and develop a committed residential team.
- Maintain Good or Outstanding Ofsted standards.
What you'll need:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
- Experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted, Children's Homes Regulations and safeguarding.
