Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Registered Manager position located in Banbury. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to all residents.
Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, developing care plans, and fostering a supportive environment for residents and their families. The Registered Manager will also focus on implementing best practices, leading by example, and contributing to the continued growth and reputation of Rosalie Care.
The ideal candidate will manage 2 sites within 5 minutes of each other.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, care standards, and health & safety protocols
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and manage individualised care plans
- Relevant qualifications such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar management role within the care sector
- Commitment to promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and independence
- Proficient IT skills for administrative and reporting purposes
- Previous experience with dementia care is essential
- Experience with ICB and LA Funding Teams.
