About Role

FT Care Agency Limited is looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Community Support Workers/Care Assistants to support adults in their own homes across Bexhill-on-Sea and Hastings.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting clients with washing, dressing, toileting and continence care

• Providing medication prompts and completing accurate care records

• Preparing meals and supporting clients with eating and drinking

• Assisting with mobility and safe transfers

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Supporting shopping, appointments and community activities

• Promoting independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing

• Reporting concerns or changes in a client’s condition promptly

What we are looking for:

• A caring, respectful and patient approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliability and professional conduct

• Willingness to work mornings, evenings and weekends

• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential

• A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred

FT Care provides induction, mandatory training, ongoing supervision and opportunities for professional development.

DBS: An enhanced DBS check is required
