HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT
Location: Norwich and surrounding areas
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Bank / Flexible hours

We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants / Care Assistants to join our growing care agency in Norwich and the surrounding areas.
We welcome applications from both experienced care workers and candidates with no previous care experience.

Previous experience
Experience is welcome but not essential.
We are happy to consider applicants who are new to the care sector. Full training will be provided to suitable candidates before starting work.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Immediate availability
- DBS required, or willingness to obtain a DBS
- Reliable and responsible approach to work
- Good communication skills
- Caring and respectful attitude towards service users
- Willingness to complete required training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Your responsibilities may include
- Supporting service users with their day-to-day needs
- Providing personal care where required
- Supporting with meals and daily activities
- Maintaining the dignity, privacy and independence of service users
- Following care plans and workplace procedures
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and healthcare professionals
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
- Completing required care documentation accurately
