Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Registered Manager role based in Nelson, United Kingdom.
The Registered Manager will oversee the daily operations of residential care services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of care.

- They will also liaise with relevant stakeholders, ensure quality assurance, and promote safeguarding practices within the organisation.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, management, and team supervision skills.
- Experience in safeguarding practices, trauma-informed care, and child protection policies.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, care standards, and effective budget management.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certification or qualification in Social Care, Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated passion and commitment to supporting children and vulnerable individuals.
- Prior experience in residential or child care management is highly desirable.
