Our clients are independent and motivated individuals living with a spinal cord injury who are looking for reliable and respectful FEMALE personal assistants to support them in their day-to-day life.
This role is about enabling independence, choice, and an active lifestyle — you’ll be working with them, not for them. No two days are the same, and the right person will be someone who is calm, adaptable, and comfortable supporting both practical tasks and social activities.

Depending on the day, tasks may include:
- Personal care support (full training provided if needed)
- Assistance with transfers and mobility
- Supporting daily routines at home
- Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Accompanying me to appointments, work, or social activities
- Supporting hobbies, interests, and community involvement
We offer:
- £959 per week plus a weekly food allowance.
- Free residential training course commencing the week of the 23rd to 27th of February 2026.
- Free DBS/PVG background checks.
- Free accommodation whilst you work.
- Flexible working patterns and field support.
About you
You don’t need previous experience — attitude matters more than a CV. You might be a great fit if you are. Experience in care, healthcare, or support work is welcome but not essential.
- Reliable, patient, and respectful
- Comfortable taking direction and listening
- Physically able to support mobility tasks (with training)
- Committed to working 2 weeks on and 1 or 2 weeks off.
- Discreet and able to maintain professional boundaries
- A good communicator with a positive, can-do approach
