Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure that team members are performing their tasks efficiently.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork.

- Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimise productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, updates, and feedback.
- Address any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Welsh is desirable.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Ability to cope in a fast paced health care environment
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on developing team members' strengths.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
