The Role
As Deputy Clinical Home Manager, you’ll provide visible, supportive leadership to our nursing and care teams while ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

- Lead on clinical assessments and person-centred care planning
- Oversee care documentation and compliance standards
- Support and mentor nursing and care colleagues

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
- Experience within residential care settings
- Strong care planning and clinical documentation skills
- Proven leadership experience and ability to implement change
