Registered Manager – Supported Living
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Location: East London / Essex
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for making a difference? At Team Motivate, we are a small but growing team who support Young people with Learning Disabilities and Autism, including neurodivergent individuals, to live independent and fulfilling lives. We’re looking for a Registered Manager to inspire our team, uphold CQC standards, and drive a culture of dignity, respect, and inclusion.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver high-quality supported living services.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and compliance with CQC regulations.
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
- Promote independence, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in Health & Social Care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Desirable: Registered Nurse/Social Worker, mentor qualification, or PBS experience.
