Registered Manager – Residential Children’s Home (Liverpool)
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a residential children’s home in Liverpool.
Key Requirements:
- Must have successfully gone through Ofsted registration
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
- Ability to lead, develop, and manage a team effectively
- Experience in registering new homes (desirable)
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
- Ensure high-quality care and support for children and young people
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations
- Lead on registration of one or two homes
- Promote a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment
Salary & Benefits:
- £50,000 per annum (for one home)
- £60,000 per annum (for two homes)
- £2,500 bonus upon successful registration of each home
