Registered Service Manager
Location: Renfrew, Scotland
Pay: £45,000 – £50,000 Depending on Experience
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
CRC Care Ltd is looking for an experienced and driven Registered Service Manager to lead and grow our Care at Home service.
This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about delivering outstanding care, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence within a regulated care environment.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading the day-to-day operations of the service
• Driving business growth and service development
• Ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate and SSSC standards
• Managing and supporting staff performance and development
• Building strong relationships with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Working closely with the Board of Directors to achieve strategic goals
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Registered Service Manager within a regulated care-at-home service
- Nursing Degree (or equivalent)
- PDA in Leadership & Management for Care Services (SCQF Level 9/10)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Care Inspectorate requirements and quality standards
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong business acumen
