Supported Living Registered Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to join our growing organisation and take responsibility for our Supported Living services across the Wirral.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants more than simply maintaining services. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the organisation as we continue our growth journey, currently operating four established Supported Living services and preparing to launch our fifth development, with further expansion plans already underway.
You will be supported by an experienced Deputy Manager who has successfully led these services for many years, alongside a dedicated Senior/Team Leader and an expanding management structure.
Unlike many providers, we operate a collaborative management model with both a Supported Living Registered Manager and a Domiciliary Care Registered Manager working from the same location. This approach provides peer support, shared expertise, improved resilience and excellent career development opportunities.

Responsibilities
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Hold registration and overall operational responsibility for Supported Living services.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, legislation and best practice.
- Drive quality, governance and continuous improvement.
- Support the mobilisation and opening of new services.
- Work closely with commissioners, social workers, healthcare professionals and families.
- Develop future leaders within the organisation.
- Monitor budgets, staffing levels, occupancy and service performance.
- Ensure excellent outcomes for the people we support.
- Contribute to strategic growth and development plans.
Responsibilities
- Significant management experience within Supported Living services.
- Strong knowledge of Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health services.
- Experience managing complex support packages.
- Proven track record of achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, governance and risk management.
- Ability to build positive relationships with commissioners and external stakeholders.
- Full UK driving licence.
Requirements
Registered Manager experience.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
- Experience opening or mobilising new services.
- Experience across both Supported Living and Domiciliary Care.
- Understanding of local authority commissioning processes.
