Responsibilities
- You will be at the heart of the home, guiding your team, shaping each shift, and ensuring every resident receives safe, compassionate and high-quality care, with the support of the Team Manager.
- This is an opportunity to step into a role where your leadership truly makes a difference every day, while working structured 10-hour shifts and enjoying the work-life balance of having every other weekend off.
Requirements
- You will bring experience within adult health or social care, along with a solid understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and current care standards.
- Ideally, you will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and feel confident working flexibly.
- Experience in administering and managing medication within a residential or dementia/Adult Social Care setting would be highly valued, and you may already be working towards your NVQ Level 3.
