Hometown Care, a part of Cavalry Group, are looking for an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager for a brand-new Children's Home we are launching in Nottingham. The home will look after children with physical & learning disabilities.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that the homes experience high level quality assurance processes and comply with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 at all times
- To participate in all matters relating to placement referrals
- You will ensure that your home has a strong safeguarding culture, ethos and that it is both a safe place to live and work
- You will ensure that your home operates in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
- To ensure the home meets and exceeds the standards and expectations contained in its Statement of Purpose as well as fully complying with legislative frameworks and the SCCIF
- Ensure all child centered and homes records are completed in the requisite timescales with an emphasis on high quality reporting, recording and care planning evidence.
Experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or the willingness to work towards
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management or senior role within a children’s residential home
- Experience of working with people with complex physical, emotional and learning needs
