Pay and Benefits
- Weekdays (Mon-Fri): £14.70 per hour
- Saturdays: £16.50 per hour
- Sundays: £16.50 per hour
- Mileage allowance: 30p per mile
Shift Patterns and Contract Security
Our services run 7 days a week, offering shifts to suit your lifestyle:
- Day Shifts: 06:00/07:00 to 14:00
- Evening Shifts: 14:00 to 22:00/23:00
Guaranteed hours are available for the right candidates, giving you the security of regular work.

What You Will Be Doing
Every day as a domiciliary Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same: life changing. You will support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close knit, local team.
You will help with:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Assisting with medication preparation and administration.
- Helping with mobility and using aids or equipment safely.
- Preparing meals and snacks, and offering mealtime support.
- Carrying out light domestic duties such as laundry, making beds, and light cleaning.
- Offering companionship and reassurance by building meaningful relationships.
You will also:
- Encourage social engagement and family connections.
- Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Respond to emergencies safely and effectively.
- Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team.
What You Will Need
You do not need any social care experience to join our team. We offer full, paid training. All you need is a heart of gold, reliability, and the drive to make a difference.
- Driving Requirement: A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
- Genuine compassion and respect for others.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- A positive, can do attitude.
- Reliability and a caring, supportive nature.
- The right to work in the UK.
