Acre Care, part of the Platinum Care Solutions Group, is seeking an experienced, passionate and ambitious Registered Manager to lead our established West Sussex branch.

As Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success and growth of the service, ensuring the people we support receive exceptional care whilst leading and inspiring an established team of dedicated professionals.

This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for delivering outstanding standards of care, leadership and service excellence.
You will lead an established branch with a strong and committed care team already in place, while contributing to the future growth and development of Acre Care and the wider Platinum Care Solutions Group. We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships, drive quality, inspire others and create a culture where both staff and clients feel valued, respected and supported.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership, direction and operational oversight of the West Sussex branch.
• Ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
• Promote a strong culture of safeguarding, professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Lead, motivate and develop an established care team.
• Drive quality assurance, governance and service excellence.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and commissioners.
• Support branch growth and performance objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, training and staff development.
• Ensure effective risk management, auditing and compliance processes are maintained.
• Promote a positive workplace culture where staff feel engaged, supported and empowered.
What We're Looking For Essential
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience leading, developing and supporting successful care teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, governance, risk management and quality assurance.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Full UK driving license.
Desirable
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience within domiciliary care or community-based care services.
- Experience supporting business growth and service development.
