We’re looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to take the lead at MHA Ty Gwyn Penarth
What you’ll bring:
• Current NMC PIN
• 2–3 years’ senior care/home management experience
• Strong clinical & leadership skills
• Experience with dementia & complex care
• A passion for outstanding, person-centred care
• Confidence managing people, performance & budgets
