Home Care Assistant – No Experience Required

We’re looking for kind, reliable people to join our friendly team supporting older adults to live independently at home.
No experience? No problem. Full paid training provided.
What you’ll do
- Provide one-to-one, person-centred care in clients’ homes
- Support with daily routines, personal care, medication, and mobility
- Help with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and errands
- Accompany clients on outings and appointments
- Promote independence, dignity, and well-being on every visit
What you’ll get
- £13.25/hour weekdays | £14.25/hour weekends
- Paid travel time (£13.25/hour)
- 40p per mile mileage allowance
- We offer flexible working hours, with shifts available from 7 am–3 pm or 3 pm–10 pm. If you’re looking for more hours, you can work across both.

What you’ll need
- A caring, dependable nature
- Full UK driving licence & access to a car
- Right to work in the UK
