Role Description
We are seeking a Registered Care Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Kingston Upon Thames.
The role entails managing and overseeing care services, coordinating case management for clients, supervising and training care staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
You will also play a critical role in liaising with clients, families, and social services to provide the highest standard of care tailored to individual client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Case Management and Elder Care
- Experience in managing and delivering Training for care staff
- Knowledge of Social Services policies and procedures
- Understanding or background in Medicine
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain compliance with care regulations
- Relevant professional qualifications in health and social care or related fields
- Experience in a management or leadership role in a care setting is highly desirable
