We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and operationally strong professionals who can help support service leadership, strengthen teams, and uphold the highest standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and service delivery.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in:
- Supporting the day-to-day leadership of care services
- Promoting safe, effective, and person-centred care
- Supervising and developing care teams
- Supporting quality assurance, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance
- Leading the onboarding of new clients, including initial assessments, care planning coordination, and smooth service transition
- Helping drive service improvement and positive outcomes for the people we support
