Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager, based in Coventry. The Registered Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, lead and support a team of care staff, and ensure high standards of care provision.
Key responsibilities include managing schedules, maintaining compliance with regulations, liaising with families and external agencies, and upholding quality care practices. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members and implementing organizational policies to achieve excellence in care delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Comprehensive knowledge of care standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and maintain care plans, schedules, and reports
- Proficiency in problem-solving and ensuring continuous improvement in care quality
- Experience with managing budgets and operational performance is advantageous
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent, are required
- Prior experience in a care environment is desirable
- Driving license may be beneficial for travel between care settings
