Location: Birmingham / Coventry (commutable, with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: Up to £70,000
About the Role
We are opening two 2-bed Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) homes in Birmingham and are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead both services.
This is a unique opportunity to build two homes from the ground up, setting the standard, culture, and team from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and Ofsted registration of both homes
- Recruit, develop, and manage your own staff team
- Create a safe, stable, and high-quality environment for young people with EBD
- Drive standards that exceed regulatory requirements
- Work closely with a hands-on Responsible Individual
