We're hiring a Registered Manager – Adult Care to lead our supported living service in Coulsdon, Surrey.
Responsibilities:
- CQC compliance and quality standards
- Team leadership, supervision and development
- Person-centred care planning
- Safeguarding, risk and governance
- Continuous improvement across the service

- Up to £40,000 DOE + up to 25% discretionary bonus
