Role Description
The Multi Site CQC Registered Practice Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bradford-On-Avon, responsible for managing multiple dental practices in line with CQC regulations and company standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements, and implementing policies and procedures across sites. The role involves leading and supporting practice teams, managing staff rotas, coordinating training, and promoting a positive, patient-focused culture.
The manager will monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and drive practice growth, while working closely with clinicians, support staff, and senior management. Regular travel between designated practices will be required to provide hands-on management and ensure consistency of service and patient experience.

- Previous experience in multi-site healthcare or dental practice management, including working with CQC standards and NHS contracts, is highly beneficial.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with competency in using practice management systems and standard office software.
- Relevant management or healthcare qualification (e.g., diploma or degree in business, healthcare management, or similar) is advantageous.
- Ability to travel between sites, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
