Registered Manager - CQC Regulated

What you'll be doing:
- Lead the service to ensure it is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led in line with CQC standards
- Maintain high-quality compliance and strong governance so standards are consistently met
- Provide leadership that keeps people at the heart of every decision
- Champion a culture of integrity, compassion, and professionalism
- Apply professional judgement in complex situations, including safeguarding matters
- Ensure medication management follows best practice
- Represent the service professionally with colleagues, professionals, stakeholders, and external agencies
What you'll bring:
- Previous management and leadership experience in health or social care
- Confidence to inspire, motivate, and support others through strong leadership
- A personable, approachable management style, with integrity, honesty, and accountability
- Diligence and organisation to maintain high standards consistently
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and developing high-performing teams
