Summary
As a Live-in Home Caregiver at Home Instead, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for older adults by providing compassionate and personalized care.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet clients' specific needs.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities they enjoy.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and daily living activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
Requirements
- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required; we value a caring attitude above all.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with clients and families.
- Ability to develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
- A valid driver's license is beneficial for transportation needs.
