Registered Manager / Principal Consultant (ADHD Services)
Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an innovative and rapidly growing independent neurodevelopmental healthcare provider. Established in 2024, the organisation delivers high-quality ADHD and Autism assessments for adults, children and families across the UK through a nationwide network of multidisciplinary clinicians.
Having successfully established over 50 assessment hubs, the service is now expanding into ADHD medication management and prescribing pathways. As part of this exciting growth, Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced clinician to join as a Registered Manager / Principal Consultant, leading the development, governance and delivery of the ADHD medication service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically qualified professional with significant ADHD experience and strong knowledge of CQC requirements to play a key role in shaping and leading a growing service.
Responsibilities
Lead the CQC registration process and act as the Registered Manager for regulated ADHD services.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations, fundamental standards and governance requirements.
- Develop, review and maintain policies, procedures and operational processes.
- Prepare for and respond to CQC inspections, audits and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management, complaints, incidents and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure clinicians are appropriately registered, supervised and supported.
- Provide clinical governance across ADHD assessments, reports, prescribing pathways and patient safety.
- Lead on the development and delivery of ADHD medication and titration services.
- Conduct ADHD assessments, diagnostic evaluations and clinical reports where appropriate.
- Support the strategic growth and expansion of ADHD services nationally.
Requirements:
- Registered healthcare professional with an appropriate professional body.
- Significant experience within ADHD assessment and medication management pathways.
- Strong understanding of ADHD diagnosis, prescribing and treatment.
- Previous experience supporting or leading CQC registration, inspections or regulated services.
- Ability to work independently with a focus on quality, governance and clinical integrity.
- Experience assessing and treating both adults and children.
- Experience in prescribing, titrating and managing ADHD medication.
- Previous Registered Manager experience within a CQC-regulated organisation.
- Experience leading clinical teams, pathways or service development initiatives.
