Deputy Manager (Domiciliary Care)
Location: Ripley, Derbyshire (DE5)
Pay: £36,900 per annum + Additional On-Call Payments
Full-Time | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Are you an experienced Deputy Manager, Care Manager, Field Care Supervisor or an ambitious Care Coordinator ready for your next leadership role?
We're recruiting on behalf of an award-winning, family-run domiciliary care provider for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a busy, high-performing homecare service.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting a team of approximately 30 care professionals
- Ensuring exceptional person-centred care delivery
- Managing care plans, risk assessments and quality audits
- Supporting CQC compliance and safeguarding standards
- Coaching, mentoring and developing care staff
- Participating in a paid on-call rota
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years' management experience in Health & Social Care
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
