Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Shifts: Days & Nights Available (Flexible)
Contract: Agency / Flexible Shifts
Shift Patterns
AM: 7:00 am - 2:30 pm
Afternoon: 12:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Night: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Support Worker to provide cover within an Ofsted-registered children's residential home. You will support young people in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
Key Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards - essential)
- Experience within children's residential care
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Able to work flexible day and night shifts
- Compliance Requirements
- Full employment history required
- Written explanations for any gaps
- References and compliance checks must be completed prior to booking
