About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, motivated Service Manager to oversee our domiciliary care and supported living services.
You will ensure:
our service users receive safe, high-quality, empowering support that enables them to live independently in their own homes and community settings.
This is a rewarding leadership role where you’ll drive quality, support staff development, build strong relationships with professionals and families, and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, supervising, and developing a dedicated care team
- Ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care across all services
- Managing rotas, staffing levels, and day-to-day operations
- Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, and quality audits
- Handling safeguarding concerns, incidents, and CQC compliance
- Engaging with families, external professionals, and stakeholders
- Supporting the Registered Manager and deputising when required

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a supervisory/management role within adult social care •
- Strong understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused
- Passion for empowering adults to live independent, fulfilling lives
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care or its equivalent.
- Flexibility to participate in on-call rota when required
